1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Defective saree (manufacturing defect)

Damaged product received

Wrong item delivered
⏳ Return Request Timeline:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
📦 Return Condition:
The saree must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition
-
With original tags and packaging
-
Along with invoice/order details
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of size/length issue or defect, subject to stock availability.
Exchange Process:

Raise an exchange request from “My Orders”

Our team will review your request

If approved, we will arrange pickup and send replacement
3. Refund Policy
Refund is applicable only if:

The saree is defective or wrong item delivered

Return request is approved within policy timeline
Refund Method:

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product
4. Return Shipping Charges

If product is defective or wrong → Free return pickup

If return due to personal preference (color/design not liked) → Customer will bear return shipping charges
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or made-to-order sarees

Blouse-stitched sarees

Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Sarees with removed tags or used condition
